I reported an car accident to OUTSURANCE on 15 May 2013. I sent them a settlement letter and Natis from the bank that financed my car on 30 May, it expired on 6 June as they hadn't settled the loan. On 11 June, the lady that handle my claim said that she is awaiting a new settlement letter, which she should have received in 48 hours (on 13 June at the latest), she still hasn't made the settlement as I haven't heard from her that she's settled the amount. The bank that financed my car, MFC (a division of NEDBANK), informed me that they can know only after SEVEN DAYS, whether a settlement is made, that their system takes that long to update client profiles! SEVEN DAYS at this day in age! I can't move on to buy a new car in the meantime, I'm being grossly inconvenienced and there's never any feedback from OUTSURANCE unless I phone. It's been over a month now since my car accident and I am still waiting!!
