14 June 13 - contacted Wesbank to get a settlement letter and registration documents for a car settled with Wesbank 15 years ago. After 6 weeks and various emails I got the registration docs but till now (after more emails) I have not received the settlement letter - And the traffic dept will not register the car on someone else's name unless I have a settlement letter!!!
Any fines that appear from 14 June 13 I will send to Wedbank to pay as the car's been sold but ownership hasn't changed because you don't want to sent the settlement letter.
