I have been struggling now for 3 weeks to obtain a letter from Direct Axis for a settlement amount. I even logged a query on their website - also no feedback. On Friday 14 June 2013 a lady phoned me to enquiring on when I want to settle the amount. I informed her that this is only an enquiry to enable me to see if I can afford the settlement. She promised me that the letter would be sent during the day (Friday 14 June 2013). I still have not received anything.
This is very poor cervices! I need a letter with my settlement amount ASAP.
