I made an application telephonically for a loan with nedbank last week.

I was told to take my statements to the branch. I took the statements to the branch. Today I get a call and told that
i need to bring statements again as the head office are saying the statements are not clear on their side.

I have no time to be up and down with statements.

Please sort this out.
