Today I obtained a credit report and it showed that I was in arrears with one of my accounts with Nedbank, Which I only found out because I do not receive statements. I was transferred to 4 different people requesting statements. my account is in arrears but is a debit order. I finally got the statements but still no reason as to why my account is in arrears as it is a STOP ORDER. I am now rated as a slow payer because of this. I want this issue resolved with the credit Bureaus as this was not a mistake on my side. I would also like an explanation as to how the arrear amount is all of the sudden on my statement.
