Accessing the funds on my 32 day notice account

I went to the bank this morning to access the funds from my 32 day notice account as I needed the funds urgently. The consultant advised me to bring docs to support the urgency. He showed me a list on under what circumstances will they release the funds. I went back home to get these docs and a second consultant enquired with the Branch Manager who refused to release the funds. I went to her office and also explained to her why I need the funds and she would not listen to what I was explaining to her, she told me that the my over due municipal account is part of personal which I also brought to her attention I know that but am no longer employed and I need the money now. I also showed her another letter of demand. She would not budge I resorted to closing all my accounts with the bank and she was happy to authorise that. Been banking with FNB since 1996 and have had many FNB products. This is the first time being treated so appallingly. She was arrogant and dismissive and belittled me after I followed her instructions. I am sad and annoyed customer right now. I then went to Absa and withdrew my 32 day notice cash without any issues using the same supporting docs.
