Sadly my Mom passed on 6 months ago. My Mom had a bond with Absa, when i phoned them they said my Mom was not insured and instead they insured my sister which went with her to sign surity for the bond. I said i phoned Absa 2 years ago and they assured me that if anything should happen to my Mom the house would be paid for, and they then said Absa client centre should never give that kind of information over the phone to clients, and now they say my Mom dont have any life insurance on her credit card as well, i phoned absa deceiced department, they could not assist me, and they put me through to credit card department, they also could not assist me and then they put me through to client services, could not assist me again and then the contact card department and they said my Moms ID number is invalid, i just wanted the signed document for the credit card because i then think it is negligence on Absa's part not to include or mention anything about insurance and the Where do i go from here, the balance on the credit card is going so high, i just pray i get out of this dump soon, is there any one out there who can assist me?
