Constantly having to phone with no feedback

I applied for a FNB Building loan in the first week of May. I constantly had to Call the consultant who assisted me, when I call, he tells me he will call me back in a few minutes, which he never does as usual. I have never received such a terrible service from a bank and I am in the process of moving to another bank. This is all thanks to the poor service.
