I am applying for the student silver account package, I went onto [URL Removed] to find out what I should have with me when I visit the branch to apply for the account. It listed I.D., Proof of address, and Proof of registration which I had with me all in order. However when I arrived at the branch I was informed that since the Telephone bill I supplied was registered in my parents name I required there signature.
This lack of information on the website wasted my time today and I am unhappy...
