I took out a loan for R2000 with SA multiloans, i failed to pay the loan and an emoluments order was issued, i signed the consent form, an amount of R4670 was taken off from my salary as a garnishee was issued to my employers and on the court order the same amount had to be paid.the amount of R4670 was fully paid and now a statement was sent from flemix to my employers saying that i must pay a further amount of R6990.this time a court order wasn't issued but a statement was sent.i feel i'm not liable for anymore amounts and i would like flemix to send me a copy of a written loan agreement.
the amount on the emolument was R4670 where does the other amount come from, this matter will be taken to court.
just send me the neccesary documents so that my lawyer can procede with the case.
