I logged a complain last week about not recieving cash that was deposited to my account and i feel i'm being sent from pillar to post because i got an email requesting deposit slip and unfortunately it was taken away at the brach and i was told nothing will be done if i don't produce the slip and we ended up opening a case and we were promised that we'll get the cash yesterday even today i'm still waiting
my other problem is i wrote which branch i have a problem with and i am contacted by people from the head office and don't even check with their branch. what sort of service is ths i am really upset and want my money to be available in my account because we are told its hanging on the system.
