DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Money was deposited into the wrong account and on the 05/02/2013 at 14:57pm. The following day i went back to FNB Athlone and stated the problem, i was told that they could not assist me because i had to be back the same day for them to do the reversal and that i had to look on the deposit slip in to whom the money was deposited to and get the telephone numbers on my own. This i was told by the manager. However on the deposit slip the correct name wich was AB.Daniels where the money (R35000) was suppose to have been deposited into but the incorrect acc number which i wrote. The lady wich was at the teller punched in the acc number and Basson came up. i then told her that the money was to go to AB Daniels. i then passed her the incorrect deposit slip and told her AB Daniels. I then asked if i should re-write the deposit slip and she said NO i dont have to. so at the moment her slip states AB Daniels with a different acc number
It is now thursday and i still cant solve this PROBLEM!!! DO i have grounds to stand on???
