Yesterday I was on the phone whole day will fnb call centre. I was suppose to speak to a lady named rose mhslanga. I never got through to her and at a point I spoke to the team leader who was rude and uninformed. She took my number and again no response. I complained whole day cause I could not do a application and no one helped me. I put a complaint on peter about this and min after I recieved a sms stating im declined. How rude. I never even did the application. How can I ve declined. This was spitefullness. And if the person pushing the buttons belonged there I would not be declined cause I never completed the application and till now no one responded. I am taking all my business away from there and im going to the papers. Im a good client with a good name. If they did the application they would know that. I know it was not dobe cause I never spoke to them...
