After informing you three times that my account has to debited on month end, I still get debited on the 25th. So, it does go through. Because of the same issue my d/o returned last month and I advised MFC to double debit me on month end of May. I phoned MFC yesterday to make sure that I won't be debited again as I would make a manual payment making up for last months blunder and was told that it was in order. Well, this morning my account was debited!!! I need this money urgently as this is what I have left for the month. I sent pop of the manual pmt to MFC. Had I known this was going to happen, I would not have made the manual payment. I need this resolved ASAP!!!
