I made a cash deposit at the branch ATM on Tuesday 05/11/13 at around 18:00 and the machine took the money but gave me a slip saying that they could not process my deposit at this time. I made several calls to the FNB call centre and recieved various different solutions to my problem. I franctically went to the branch the next morning and was the first person in the bank and advised them of my problem. The branch advised me that I need to fill out a form and the machine will be reconciled and the money in the account within 24 hours further I will recieve a message confirming that the complaint. It has now been more than 24 hours and I am still elft in the dark as the machine has allegedly not been fixed as yet. Really poor service the money is needed urgently and now I am left frustrated and stranded waiting for the machine to be fixed so they can check for my money. So much for how can we help you!!!
