FNB ATM cash deposit not credited to my account!

On Sunday, the 17th of November 2013 I went to the FNB Thibault Branch in Cape Town. Using my FNB Commercial Cheque Card I deposited R7 200.00 into my account. The ATM number ATM00145101 accepted my R7200.00 in R100 notes. The ATM then printed a slip informing me that my deposit was unsuccessful but much to my chagrin and bewilderment the FNB ATM did not return my notes/money or credit my account either. The following day being a Monday, I promptly went into the FNB Thibault branch and aired my complaint to one of their consultants Fatima Bassardien. Fatima registered my complaint and promised that the money will be settled to my account by day end. It is now Tuesday the 19th November 2013 and the money still doesnt show on my account, just came from FNB and Fatima says I may get my money Thursday!! FNB ATM cash deposits are supposed to reflect immediately, so the bank claims. This FNB ATM cash deposit facility presents a huge risk to innocent depositors. People could lose their money and suffer great and horrible consequences because of the unreliability of First National Bank (South Africa)'s unreliable ATM cash deposit facilities.
