Cash sent via spar cash send but never recieved

Yesterday at around 15:23 my friend Mr Mathebula sent me a sum of R1000 via cash send at Spar, i recieved the sms notifying me that the money is sent, and i went to the Standart bank ATM to withdraw, but it gave me slip reading: we are sorry, we cannot processyour request due to a technical problem. Please try again later, wich i did at 15:50, 17:23 and 19:05 still same thing, so i went to Spar in my area (Eldorado Park) and was told there is 0.00 in the track number i proveded, so i called the sender and told him to goback to Spar with his slip, wich he did and was told to go to a Standard bank branch, so i told him to wait for me and we will boh consult with the branch because i ant to know the truth. So there we were at Std bank with the manager being taken from pillar to post, manager puting me on the phone with numerous poeple, so we finally got contact of a guy called Warren that instructed the manager to log on to gijima, after spending almost an hour in the bank, the consultant just gave me a dissapointing reply with a note with a reference number saying that was the reference number to the complaint she lodged and i will get a reply in 9 working days, that is the worst
