I am outraged!!!

In this month I've had small amounts of money disappearing off my account. I went and got a 6 month statement at the auto bank and took it in to the bank to see a consultant. Firstly she had the worst attitude i have ever experienced in a service department, rolling eyes, disinterested and so on, her attitude was actually disgusting, it alone made me want to switch banks! When i told her about the money disappearing off my account she said that i have to show her on my statement where the money has disappeared, firstly i think if i make such a complain its not my job to investigate it, I have a job, its the banks, that's why i pay bank fees secondly, This wouldn't be a problem if my statement was in the order that my money was spent and received! there are transactions from weeks ago that are only reflecting in the last few days. Now when my statement is all mixed up i don't know how i am supposed to put together a time frame of where money went missing! Also i get sms notifications when i spend money when a transaction takes place within seconds so if they can notify me that the money has come off my account right away why cant they make it come out of my account right away
