INCORRECT AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

Good day

There has been money deducted from my account, i receive every money at 07:00 a sms that money is been deducted from my account, that I am not aware off, I went to my branch FNB Hatfield and i raise my concern to the manager and she told me that it is normal and that there is nothing wrong, we checked on the my Bank statement, it does not show on the bank statement but on my phone i get a report from the bank that the money did went off and when i do my calculations the money went off in deed but nothing show on bank statement, i think somebody in the FNB branch is money from clients accounts.
