Money disappearing out of account

On the 8th January 2014 I made a transaction and as always i received a notification sms, and my balance was still enough to carry me through the month. On 12/01/2013 i received a sms after purchasing something from checkers and got a sms saying that my balance was much less as previous. I accessed my account on the internet and i found about 8 transactions i made in 2013 December reflecting on 2014/01/08. Bare in mind that when I made those transactions in December, money was deducted from my account and I would receive an sms when it happened.

I contacted Standard bank with Ref: RAJ4649 and was told it was an error on standard bank side, saying that the deductions did not go off immediately. Please investigate and give feedback
