Nedbank did a double debit order on my loan account for the 3rd time in a row. Last Week Thursday I phoned the collection department and requested a refund on the double debit amount. The person told me that the request has been sent through and that the money will be in my account within the next 3 to 4 working days. I called again today to query the refund as I have not received my money yet, the person I spoke to told me that no one has sent through the request and that I will have to wait another 4 to 7 working days for the amount to be paid. After I phoned numerous times and asked to speak to the manager/supervisor they keep telling me they are busy or I just get cut off. This is unacceptable and very poor service from Nedbank. I phoned one last time and spoke to a lady called 'Mdodli', who first started off with an arrogant attitude towards me. I explained the situation once again (for the 6th time today) and once again had trouble getting through to a manager.
I really do hope that the calls are recorded so that the people that are in charge can hear how arrogant and incompetent the support staff is.
