I was recently hospitalized and undergone a recovery period. I have claimed from my income protector, and as I work for myself Liberty has a "7day" principle that was explained to me by my adviser when I signed up. I have had a claim now after being a loyal client with no claims, and nothing has been paid out, pages and pages of paperwork was done from my side, but nothing has happened! I have followed the chain of complaints and follow ups, but Liberty always just says "we will look in to it". It has now been over 2 months. I ask the public: What is the use of life insurance when if you need it, they simply ignore you. I am seriously considering going back to PPS where there was excellent service and swift effective response. Do not take any cover from Liberty Life is my advice to you
