Nedbank has not paid my money back

Good day
On the 5th of September i notice my account was debbited twice for a certain amount on the 3rd of September
I went to Nedbank branch in Florida and requested a bank statement
I then call the collection deparment from the branch and explained that my account was debbited twice, I spoke to a lady by the name of Celeste, who was very understanding after explaining we picked up that my account has been debbited incorrectly, Celest then put me on hold and explained that she was busy doing a refund to me and that it will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect back into my account, I was glad that it was sorted a week later and still no money was paid back to me, I then called the collection department again and spoke to Sjanet Caleb and explained to her my situation, she mentioned to me that the money will be paid to me on Monday 16 Septemeber, I asked her for a reference number to my call which she did give to me, however there is still no money paid back to me, Nedbank is playing games with me.
