NEDBANK COLLECTIONS DEPT IS INCOMPETENT

Last month nedank overdebited me for approx1800. requested a refund on the 31 may a friday . was told it would take 24/48 hrs, called on monday was told monday evening. i had no money to cover my debit orders, called everyday afer that no joy, spoke to darryl incompetent manager no joy.after all the stress i had to borrow money to cover my accounts. Finally got my money on the 8 june bt only one amount, phoned again said cnt help me its a sat phoned monday no joy. then i got hold of the regional manager and got my money one hour later. Then these debit me on the 21 june when i get paid on the last day of the month. I phoned again and they said the system debit pulls if you have money in your account. What so i mus be scared to keep money in my account, My contract says last day of the month they need to do a debit order on that day. I never missed a payment. When you phone all they do is blame it on the system so they need to change their system. You speak to the consultant they cant help you no one can help you. so sick of them are they goin to reimburse me for my numerous phone calls. I suggest relook at the critriea of employing your staff, shud be more educated.
