I have insured my car with Execuline and I have opted for a car hire services. My car is in BB motors wynburg and they still have to order parts. I left the car at BB because I stay in Mafikeng, it would be time consuming to move up and down between Mafikeng and Johannesburg. So I left the car there, the insurance company says they will only give me a car once BB has got parts. Who really determines the need? They say I can still get my car and drive around in it. I mean who would want to drive around in a car with two bashed doors? how irresponsible is my insurance company? i said if the 30day period has to elapse without getting my car, I'll still pay to top up for the rental. But they still don't want to assist. I have put the claim in May the last week
