Witing 3 months for my vehicle to be repaired

I was in a bumper bashing on 8 October 2013 and submitted my claim to my insurance company whom then processed my claim and issued me with a claim NR. I was notified by my insurance company to have my vehicle assessed at Easrand Motorlab. I went there on 10 October 2013 and had it inspected and a report were sent to my insurance company. I was then asked by Eastrand Motorlab to pay the excess in advance so that they can order the parts, which I then refused to pay and reported it to my insurance company. My insurance sorted them out and I was told that they will phone me when I need to bring my car in for repair. I had to drive with my broken vehicle for 4 weeks before they finally took my vehicle. I have a 30 day car rental option on my insurance which I then utilized (4 November - 3 December 2013). a day later I was informed that the rear fender is wrong and needs to be exchanged. After 30 days I had to return the rental vehicle and my car had been standing outside their workshop since the day I had dropped it off and having a flat tire as evidence. My vehicle finally went indoors Friday 6 December 2013. today is 17 January 2014 and they are still waiting for spares!!! Bertie
