I would just like to express my dissatisfaction on your agents behalf she was rude and didnt even bother to change her tone of voice. Im sorry but who on earth verify's your details with an account number and pin in a country plagued with!!! Also she was very eagre to get rid of me I didnt even get to ask the questions I needed to. I must admit FNB's service is really having alot of people reconsider their banking options.
