Indwe Risk Company is one of the most unhelpful insurances I have ever dealt with. Not only do they not contact you or give you feedback. They allow a pregnant woman without a car for 3mths as no parts when parts arrive they give it over to a company closed so car cant be fixed. We get a call from the place meant to fix our car who advises that th car was not checked properly The FRame of the car one of the biggest parts was never checked by the insurance company and car service centre may not touch the car till parts arrive. To top it off the company made it clear that there evryday clients are not important only companies this from management. I will never recomend this company nor Auto and general for there services. To top it off we now been told it going to be another week for there oversight they made. The car was hit from the front and I have checked with most insurance company this car would be a write off. Please any body that reads this do yourself the favour and never take insurance with this company
