Execuline are looking at every avenue not to pay a claim. After 2 months they are disputing whether a UK licence in South Africa is valid. This is after taking, and continuing to take, monthly premiums. Ombudsmen on the way. Whilst insuring me for three years, they have appointed an external investigator to look for reasons not to pay. Their Assessor even contacted my fiance and ask whether " I was expected on the night of the accident". I have decided to complain via social media amongst other avenues
