I'm insured with Integricall insurance brokers. On the 19 December 2013, my car was involve in accident and the following day I open a case and i sent all the necessary documents so that they can log my claim and my claim was registered after 3 day. The problem started when they were suppose to give a curtsy car they said said they will only give me car when everything has been and they changed their story and said even though i'm on full comprehensive but it doesn't cover the curtsy car (what the f##k??). Well we passed that, now the assessment and its time for them to pay and give a go ahead to the panel beaters. they are sending me from pillar to post, changing people who are handling my claim, sending different assessors (I've dealt with 3 different assessors already). its been two months already nothing has been done to my car. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS (INTEGRICALL INSURANCE BROKERS AND AFFINITY UNDERWRITING MANAGERS)!! DON'T BE FOOL BY THEIR LOW PREMIUMS THEY ARE!! THEY PROFESSIONAL PERIOD!!
