POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

My vehicle BMW X3 went in for repairs in December 2013, went to collect and advised Keith that the vehicle is still not correct, he was arrogant and refused to assist, up on delivery the right hand door came with a scratch that was not there, a complaint was lodged and i was asked to bring the vehicle back of which i did and i am told that it is in order and they can not do anything . i must look at a brand new car and if they work on it again i must fork out cash, the assessor from the insurance company agrees to all that was said. Looks like they buddies! to date. the following on the vehicle is still not sorted out: diesel guage not working, right hand door scratch damaged by Trojan still not fixed, the noises under the vehicle still there, towbar cover not in order, alignment of the boot not in order, sensor color not the same (oversprayed). I wouldnt recommend anybody to go to to Trojan and EXECULINE INSURANCE as they are useless, arrogant and very rude!!! Byron from Execuline has a bad attitude and refused to assist even when i had pointed out the faults. Still stated i must do what i want and I can take it to the OMBUDSMAN, he doesnt care! TERRIBLE SERVICE
