Capitec Bank
Account is paid up

I have a problem with capitec, i borrowed money from them and did not use it and gave it back within 4 days.
then i asked them close the account, they have since not closed the account.

now everytime i ask for credit, i get told about this account which is paid up cause it appears on my itc. profiling.

could someone please give me a letter showing that the account is paid up and closed so that i can send it to the itc so that my itc profile is updated.
