Shocking Service

To whom it may concern,

I am insured with First for Women, and my claim was approved on 18 April 2013 for it to be repaired by Renew-It Randburg. Before I bought my vehicle in, I came to see a lady by the name of Justine to find out how long it would take. Justine informed me that if I pay half my excess up front to the insurance company, the parts can be ordered and then I can bring my car in once the parts have arrived, and then my vehicle will be fixed immediately. I bought my car in on 20 May 2013, the parts had arrived on 2 May 2013 already, and we are now at 3 July 2013 and my car is still not repaired. I have receieved no answers from First For Women, and have lodged many complaints, and each time they state they are still awaiting feedback from Renew-It. I need some answers with urgency as it is unacceptable that I should wait so long to have a car repaired after being told by Justine that the process will be speeded up be ordering the parts beforehand. I have been have to drive a rental car for this very long period of time, and I am sure you are aware of the costs of this!
