I have attempted this via your call center over and over and over again...
I have paid all accounts in full, I have requested that these accounts get closed and NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION gets sent me my physical address.
An employee of RCS ensured me that this action was taken and guess what...!!! Absolutely nothing at all had being done. At this stage, I am only a few steps away from being able to lay an official complaint and taking it further before the Ombudsman and FSB - and a nasty one at the very least.
