1st problem - /- R1000 extra deducted on my March and April13 Instalment. March i called and said they dont have to refund me, but they must fix whatever is doing this. April it happened again, I foned and demanded a refund, that has still not happened. Spoke to consultants, Jeronoms, lebogo & Alcano. 2nd prob, 15 April i faxed a letter for pmt holiday. I contacted the callcentre every 2 days for feedback, on 09.05.13 i was told that my application was closed coz they couldnt get hold of me., no one contacted me or left a message for me. i spoke to Ilana, she informed it it was approved for 6 mths. So as from End May my instalment would not go off. what do you think happend. Of course, it went off again on 31.05.13. I have been in contact with the call centre everyday since then, i even went to a branch to ask for help. to no avail. i was then asked to fax a letter to request the refund, i confirmed the next day that the fax was received and refund was to be processed on Friday 07.06.13. Yesterday, i was told it will be excalated again. Today i am told they didnt receive my fax. I was charged last month and this this month R115 per debit order that bounced. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
