It has been a while since I have experience such BAD PATHETIC service than from Satrix Investments. I send in a debit order cancellation on the 20th of May. On the 30th of May the call centre phoned me telling me I submitted the request too late and they are deducting the payments. I almost burst a vein after which they admitted that it was an admin error and they will refund the payment on the 4th of June.
Today, 11 June I phoned them. Now the story is there is a 30 day waiting period before the money will be deposited back into my account. What the!!! They take my money without authorisation and now I have to wait 30 days.
PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC. Unbelievable and you trust them to manage your finds. Wow, needless to say I closed my account and will look elsewhere. Probably going to land of deaf ears as they do not even respond to hellopeter.
