FNB IS AT IT AGAIN

I have 2 business accounts with FNB, I have tried to close them on numerous occassions because I am not using them at the moment and every month I am paying for these accounts. My first attempt was at FNB PAVILLION
where I was told it cannot be done because I have to go back to the branch where the accounts were opened which I did. When I got to the branch I was told the accounts couldnt be closed because the person by the name of Nkululeko who is the BM was not available and he comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I was told to come back on those days and the accounts would be closed and also given a phone number to first phone and check if the BM was available or not. I then expressed the fact that I have a full time job and my lunch break is simply not long enough for me to get my accounts closed. I was asked if I could take time off work to have the accounts closed. I then happened to get some time off last week Tuesday and I phoned but the BM was not available. I will tell you people what I will do here, I am going to take this to the Ombudsman.
