Incorrect updating of ITC

I have closed and paid up my Edgars account in April 2013, but on ITC my accounts shows a late payment for April 2013 and Not updated for May 2013 and full ammount of the account still oustanding. Your accounts department already confirmed the acccount is closed and issue will be corrected about 2 weeks ago now already.

Please correct ASAP or will take legal action against Edcon.
