I received a sms saying that MBD Attorney's will be taking legal action for a ICG account of mine. I phoned and told them I never had a account with ICG and requested the supposed contract I signed which could not be provided by either ICG or MBD. Now I'm receiving sms's everyday on my work number saying I'm being handed over for legal action. When I phone the number provided I'm told it's for a Virgin Active account which is outstanding. My mother who passed away had a Virgin Active account 10 years ago, which was paid in full and closed! I've requested contracts, I've requested they change the contact number they have for me but they just go forth and harass me with the false and incorrect information they have.
I find this unacceptable and if they don't sort this out I will be the one taking legal action against them! How can a legal company make so many stupid mistakes with my credit reputation being on the line?!?
