On my previous complaint launched Tuesday 21/01/201 (complaint reference is 401019.) a employee of FNB phoned me to "help" but after I told him my problem he told me the same story as the branch and said he will get back to me but untill now no response, FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU STILL? Al my and my spouses accounts are with FNB and at this stage I feel like taking my Accounts to another bank!!!
