LACK OF SERVICE

From the moment i called to inform them that my car was in accident Pride was too quick to tell me about access without ascertaining if I was hit or i was on the wrong because its my first ever claim and car, he thought i was naive until I explained that the other driver was on the wrong so as my insurance they need to assist me in ensuring that my car will be fixed. He sets up an appointment and he is meant to send the address details of where the car has to be for assessment and he doesnt while i try to get hold of him for the address he sends an email saying my claim was rejected because the car never arrived. I call their office a lady answers sets up appointment, car is assessed, and I never hear anything from them, when i call the phone just rings endlessly. The accident happened on 31.5.13 and I have no clue when my car will be fixed yet my subcription is paid on time without fail. The other drivers' car has been fixed because hes with Outsurance, he got proper service for the money he pays. He is suprised that im battling to get service from the very people who are supposed to assist me.
