I had an accident 2 weeks ago. The car was drive-able and I called A&G to inform them of the accident. They said they will send a tow truck to my house to fetch the vehicle for assessment the same day.
No tow truck arrived and I have heard nothing from them since.
I called them numerous times to find out what was happening and I always get transferred between departments after waiting on the phone for long periods of time.
I decided to lay a formal complaint to their complaint mailbox. The email bounced back stating that the email address does not exist. So I emailed every email address listed on their site. That was 6 days ago and no one has bothered to contact me still (Via any means).
I have since fixed the car on my own and I am now battling to get a hold of them to discuss where I can send the receipts so no future claims are effected by this accident. This is my first claim with the company and if I can give anyone advice on joining A&G I would say go to another insurance company, don't look back cause if I was stranded on the side of the road 2 weeks ago I would still be there. What a useless bunch.
