Terrible Service

I recently had an accident and thought I would be fine because I have insurance. This is not the case.

First for women have denied my claim to have my car fixed due to the fact that the car is in the possession of the secondary driver during business hours (which is what I stipulated to them when I changed regular drivers in the beginning anyway). If this was a problem then why did they approve my insurance and take my monthly premium?!

After disputing this, they then came back and said that I was right that possession is not stated in the contract. Then i was told that they will still deny the claim because the regular driver is incorrect as the regular is someone who drives the car in the most structured pattern. I had asked them what they meant by regular driver when I took out insurance in the beginning and the consultant told me the person who drives the car the most. Which would not be myself, hence I'm the secondary driver. Not only are they not wanting to "entertain my claim" as they said, but I was also met with bad attitude over the phone and brought to tears.

Dealing with First for women has been nothing but painful and physically exhausting.
