Ad, lack of and no service

So I put in a claim in September it is December my car is drivable but not fixed because it is gonna take a month to get it fixed and I am having a baby in 2 weeks So I couldn't be car-less. we called about a courtesy car we are still waiting for a response 5 weeks later.
My hubby was in an accident on the 4th of December we put in a claim but it is not on the system, we called again the calls get disconnected no one calls back.
the service at miway is just bad, but they never miss a chance to take a premium. I left my previous insurer thinking they would be better but boy was I wrong. and today I call and they on holiday until the 6th of January, next time send a memo so we avoid needing assistance during your vacation time. Insurance miway my foot. kindly assist with my current claims and then cancel my policy when you are done I am better off without insurance because you not helpful any way, I could save that premium money add the excess amount you want and my car would be fixed right now.
