TODAY THE MEANING OF HOW CAN WE HELP YOU AS YOU SLOGAN IS A JOKE. I LOST MY BANK CARD, I WENT TO THE BRANCH IN JOHANESBURG CITY CENTRE . I FIRST TRY ONE OF YOUR FACILITY CARDLESS SERVICE, WAITED 5TIMES TO RECEIVE MY TEMPORARY PIN AT SOME POINT INSTEAD OF ASSISTING ME THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME I WAS HOLDING THE QUE, WENT INSIDE YOUR BRANCH WHERE I WAS ASSURED THAT I COULD BE ASSISTED WITH A REPLACEMENT CARD, MET THE COLDEST CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT DAINE NAIDOO WHO DIDNT EVEN GREET . TOOK MY DRIVER 'S LIENCES AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO GO TO YOUR BRANCH AND FIRST VERIFY YOUR DETAILS, I CANT HELP U, I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE MONEY ON ME AND WAS INEED OF ASSISTANCE SHE TOLD ME I QOUTE YOUR NOT HEARING ME ITS COMPANY PROCEDURE I CANT VERIFY YOU UR BRANCH DIDT DO THER JOB!! I TOLD HER I DIDNT HAVE MONEY ON ME AND COULD VERIFY ANY SECURITY QUESTIONS SHE ASKED . SHE WAS HOLDING MY LIENCES SAID YOU CAN BE ANYONE AND YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN IN WRITING FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT . I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER . SHE SAID I HAVE A SUPERVISOR IN A VERY RUDE TONE, IF YOU RATHER HEAR IT FROM MY SUPERVISOR THAT ''' WE CANT HELP YOU!!! HER MANAGER CAME BACK AFTER 20 MINS SAID SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU
