When I went to draw money tonight (11/06/2013) at 19:05 I couldn't draw because they stopped my account without informing me. When I called the call center they told me I need to go to a branch. I needed cash urgently.
Now I had to make other arrangements because of their fault. I really had bad service from them in the last 5 months.
