After approving my claim 5 weeks ago and being told that my vehicle will be fixed by renew-it sandton guess what i am still in the dark as to when will it happen this after a guy by the name of rameez promised me he will keep me updated which he never did when i try to phone it just rings unanswered, i can't help feel that this is a delibarate move to frustrate me i feel like being punished for being involved in an accident which was not my fault i thought my insurance was supposed to make my life easy but i think i was wrong or is it maybe i am with a wrong insurance company!
