Still not sending details to the correct info

I had to go into two branches over several days (Hillcrest Boulevard & Brooklyn) to change details. and after sitting in Brooklyn for well over 40min on the last occasion my online banking info is still going to the incorrect details!! How do you change your info - it is not allowed over the phone. And Brooklyn staff have no interest in helping customers - there is 8 service cubicles and there was only 3 people working.
