Trying to change banking details

I've been trying to change my banking details for 2 days now. But no one at adt seems to be able to know how to do that, so I am being send from pillar to post, till someone just decides not to answer and put the phone down. I have emailed and still no response. Just know, next week, I am closing my current account, and if you still have the old details..tough. I've done all I can you do not want to actually just update the info, its not my problem
