Nobody has a clue
Its simple as removing my information and banking details and replacing them with the person who will be responsible for the payments, but no, not at multichoice, I spoke to about 5 consultants and all of them are telling me different stories, one says I can't change info on the phone I have to go to a multichoice service centre and change info but before that I have to go online and print out forms and fill them in. Why can't you send them? No we don't have them they are available on our website. The other says they can't help me but they will have someone call me so they can change info, when I receive the call, lady can't help the call centre consultant was meant to change info for me. Call back again and they tell me the person who is going to be responsible for the payments must be the one who calls and changes info. Really? Is this really necessary? How hard could it be to change info on the system?
